IB is a huge stock, futures, commodities and forex trading broker. It is a public company with over
650 million market cap as of November 1, 2011. They are regulated by SEC and CFTC in United States, FSA in United Kingdom and IIROC in Canada, so you can trust them.
Interactive Brokers are one of few true forex ECNs. You can see the counterparty on every single trade you made on their platform. Deutsche bank, Barkleys, UBS, J.P. Morgan – all of major global market makers provide liquidity to IB’s trading platform.
Unfortunately liquidity is never enough. During Asian session you will face wide spreads and massive slippage on stop and market. That’s the real forex market, so you can’t complain.
